What to Expect
Sessions take place via a secure video platform and are held in a confidential, private setting in my home. I work from an enclosed, dedicated space where I will not be disturbed, allowing us to meet with the same sense of focus, safety, and presence as in person sessions.

Setting up for Success
You will need a quiet, private space where you feel able to talk freely, along with a good internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. I will guide you through the simple process of getting set up if it is new to you.
