You're not here by accident. Whether you're navigating a period of change, feeling overwhelmed by something hard to name, or simply sensing that something isn’t sitting right, therapy offers a chance to pause, make space, and begin listening inward.
Our conversations won’t follow a script. Together, we’ll explore what’s showing up for you, gently, honestly, and at your pace. My aim is to offer a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and open to all parts of your experience, even the ones that feel unclear or complicated.
You don’t need to have the “right” words. You don’t need to come with a plan. So much of the work begins simply by being met in a way that’s real, consistent, and grounded in care. That’s the kind of relationship I aim to build with the people I work with.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of approaches to suit your individual needs, rather than sticking to a single method or theory. This means our work can be flexible and responsive, shaped by your unique story, values, and goals.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are available online or in person. You’re welcome to bring whatever feels most present — there’s no “right” place to start.
